effortless for you. We will provide you with a
limited number of options that are in your price
range and fit your style, and then arrange for
you to meet with each of the vendors of your choice.
Ultimately you will always make your own decisions,
we just make the process easier for you.
Venue Search
We have photos, site plans, price structures and
menus from numerous hotels, resorts, museums,
mansions, ships and more. Let us narrow down the
search for you by determining room capacities,
location restrictions and available dates before
you drive to these locations for meetings.
Management Throughout
We will manage your guest lists, budget, meetings,
out-of-town guest accommodations, welcome gift
baskets, favors and much more.
Wedding Day Coordination
No need for you or your family members to stress
on your big day. We will handle all the details
and any unplanned situations that may arise. We
will be the point of contact for all your vendors
and we will make sure your day runs smoothly.

Consultations
We are happy to meet with you at our office Mondays
through Thursdays - day or night. Consultations
may be scheduled to discuss guidance on etiquette,
assistance with ceremony or reception research
or other small details regarding your special
day. If your schedule does not permit a face-to-face
meeting, we would be happy to arrange a phone
consultation. Mention our web site and your first
60 minute consultation will be free of charge.
Invitations & Calligraphy
While we are authorized dealers for Carlson Craft
, Regency Thermographers, Encore Studios, BirchCraft
and Invitations by Chase, we also create hand-made
invitations upon request. Calligraphy is another
custom service that we offer, we use the Copperplate
Script hand for original invitations, place/table
cards and addressing envelopes.
Paper Materials
We specialize in hand made items, such as; save
the date cards, ceremony programs, map/direction
cards, place cards, table cards, shower &
rehearsal invitations and more. We can create
unique designs for any theme. Be sure to view

Accessories
We can assist you with all the details you desire:
linens, rentals, unity candles, ring bearer pillows,
